My Work
For over fourteen years, I have been dedicated to transforming early childhood education through joyful,
safe, and inclusive learning environments. Since beginning my edupreneurial journey in 2011, I have
established and led five FirstCry Intellitots Preschools across Hyderabad — Nizampet, Nizampet Annexe,
Botanical Garden, HMT Hills, and Mayuri Nagar — collectively nurturing over 550 young learners every year
with the support of 45 passionate educators.
My work centres on creating preschools that feel like second homes, where children learn through
exploration, play, and meaningful experiences. I design and guide curriculum that blends literacy, numeracy,
art, music, movement, and outdoor play with strong social–emotional learning. Safety, hygiene, inclusivity,
and child-wellbeing remain at the core of every school I lead.
A major part of my work involves teacher empowerment. I have developed a structured teacher training and
upskilling framework that emphasizes child psychology, activity-based learning, storytelling, classroom
management, and reflective teaching. Regular workshops and mentoring ensure our educators stay confident,
inspired, and aligned with global best practices.
I also prioritize building strong parent partnerships. Through open communication, orientation sessions, and
continuous feedback loops, I nurture a community where parents feel engaged, informed, and valued as
co-educators in their child’s journey.
My Impact
My leadership has helped build preschool ecosystems where children grow into confident, curious, and
compassionate individuals. The child-centric philosophy I uphold guides every decision — always asking,
“Is this in the best interest of the child?” This approach has resulted in:

Looking Ahead
My vision is to continue strengthening early childhood education by introducing innovative methodologies,
integrating digital tools responsibly, expanding teacher-training initiatives, and mentoring aspiring
preschool leaders.
For me, true impact is not measured by the number of centres — but by the number of young lives touched with
warmth, learning, and happiness.
